The Captain and the President have nominated their successors for our 25th anniversary year in 2015. Noel Murray has named Leo Lennon Maher as Captain and William Fitzgerald has chosen Mick McKenna to succeed him as President. Leo is a long time member of Myo’s and was last year’s Player of the Year and he has also won the Matchplay three times. Mick has also been with us for many years, a very regular player and no stranger on the prize-winners podium. He has also been in the sponsor’s chair on a number of occasions. We wish the incoming Captain and President well in their year of office – we expect great things and we have no doubts that a great year lies ahead for the Society. |
