Congratulations to Leo Lennon Maher on winning the Matchplay for a record fourth time when he beat Ken O’Reilly in the final at Castleknock Golf Club. The match was hard fought all the way and went to the last putt on the 18th. Presentation of the Trophy will be at the AGM on Tuesday 25th November. There’s also the small matter of a €150 cash prize for the champion and €75 for our runner-up. Well done to both players. |
