  Cider Cup is drawn

Nobody won, but nobody lost either at Westmanstown Golf Club last Friday when Myo’s and the Laurel Lodge Golf Society met for their annual encounter in the Cider Cup and it ended in a 3-3 draw.

Laurel Lodge as the holders now hang on to the trophy until we take it back next year.

This annual Cider Cup challenge is a hotly contested fourball better ball tournament between Myo’s and Laurel Lodge golf societies with teams of 12 players.

Both sides celebrated a great day’s golf in style in Kavanagh’s pub.
