A good turnout on a windy day at the magnificent Portmarnock Links opened our 2013 season with Leo Lennon Maher taking top honours on the day. Despite a number of no-shows(!) we had fifty-four starters and a lively crowd back in Myo’s for the presentation of prizes by our sponsor Mick McKenna. Our thanks to Mick for his generous support. Entries for our matchplay tournament were well below what was needed so the first round draw has been postponed until the next outing on the 16th of May. If you would like to be in the matchplay, please contact Noel in the pub as soon as possible. Details here. Next up is The Heritage, one of the finest tracks in the country and definitely not to be missed. The timesheet is available in Myo’s and its filling fast so get your name down now while you still can.
