We played Castleknock on a fine day with just a spatter of mist for a the fifty one players who teed off. The course was in its usual great condition with very fast greens. There was a superabundance of 2s with ten birdies by nine players – Dan O’Shea aced on the double. Each winner got €9 for their super skills on the par threes.
