Laurel Lodge win Cider Cup |

At Westmanstown Golf Club on Friday September 28th Myo’s and the Laurel Lodge Golf Society met for their annual encounter in the Cider Cup and it ended in a 3 1/2 to 2 1/2 win for Laurel Lodge. This annual Cider Cup challenge is a hotly contested fourball better ball tournament between Myo’s and Laurel Lodge golf societies with teams of 12 players. Both sides celebrated a great day’s golf in style in Myos’s pub. In a highly contested “sing-song” a draw was probably a fair result. |
